Live to Love LLC. Homeopathic Service Contract
Live to Love is committed to helping you through your acute care needs. This service contract between Live to Love (Tonya Grandstaff) and the client, is used to define the expectations for both parties.
Tonya will have a thorough consultation with the client, either by phone, in person or video calling. The consultation will entail the client being asked detailed questions about all of their symptoms, including what they are experiencing on mental, emotional, and physical levels. After the consultation, Tonya will suggest the best homeopathic remedy to be used for this acute situation. Tonya does not provide the remedy. The remedy suggested most often can easily be purchased at your local health food store.
The fee for an acute care consultation is $60. There may be incidents where an acute requires additional consultations, resulting in additional fees. However, these fees would be agreed upon by both parties beforehand.
Live to Love will issue the client an invoice that is due upon receipt.
The homeopathic services the client has requested are directed at strengthening your constitution and vitality. They are not directed at identifying, treating, or preventing specific diseases. Tonya is prohibited by law from diagnosing or treating disease. If you have a medical complaint or question about your health, it is important that you consult with a physician.
Many insurance companies do not pay for homeopathic services and our office will not be sending a bill to your insurance carrier. The client understands that homeopathic services are NOT MEDICAL treatments and that homeopaths are not licensed physicians. The client has read and agrees to the Client Bill of Rights located on the Live to Love webpage.
